Oxford Aunts In House learning:
With decent breaks each day including an 8 hour break once a week, we offer a great opportunity for a positive work life balance. Most of our carers will work for a length of time with one client, which offers greater consistency of care before taking a break. A high percentage of our carers will then return and either go back to their previous client or start work supporting someone new. Let us know how long you feel you can commit to working with us before you will want to take a break.
